(5 of those caplets a day with my largest meal which is lunch) so I can't afford to lose any nutrients. I, like you Ginny, can't afford it, although I don't believe I have Crohn's but, I do not eat well so I MUST take sups. I'll let you know what happens. Take care gang, we can get through ANYTHING as long as we hang together!!

>>>Sherry, thanks loads for the extra info. I suffer VERY badly from constipation and am on a regimen using Senekot (sp?) from my P.M. dr. I STILL feel like I am being sliced into when I go even though I am on this regimen. I am buying a bottle tonight and start! I can't wait! It will be soooo nice to be regular again and HOPEFULLY, little or no pain when I DO go. And yes, who would have thought we would be talking about "to go or not to go, that is the question" tee hee hee!! Love and prayers to all.

Hi to anyone still reading these. Hopefully I'll get a response. I'm a cosmetics consultant, not a liscensed one, and I'm looking for some answers regarding the usage and amount of usage of Mineral oils externally...and how it effects vitamin absorbtion. And as I was reading many of the comments/facts/testimonials, I realized my personal theory comes in very handy. "TOO MUCH of anything is not good for us." However everyone reacts differently to all things. Are there anymore updates/findings/testimonials other than these 3 year old comments/facts found? Thank you, mkb
