I did check this site out myself, finally. If you really go into the site you will notice that Dr. Reich, whom is the one and only adhesions specialist I would allow to perform surgery on me, is a partner with Dr. Kruchinski. The site goes into great detail about the surgical technique that should be used to remove adhesions as well as discussing SprayGel and its benefits.
