Tom Lyons, M.D., and staff at the Center for Women’s Care & Reproductive Surgery in Atlanta are involved in two FDA-approved studies of new adhesion barriers. Either barrier is applied or placed within the abdomen post-surgery to help prevent or decrease scar tissue.
