I love getting my IAS email the digest way. It's so much easier for me and I
don't miss any ones email. There's just one email from "adhesions" with
about 10 posts from all of you. And the way that I get confused easily, this
is so much easier for my brain. tee hee
Here's how you do it:
-go to http://www. adhesions.org
-click on the message board link found on the left of the screen
-once the message board page is open scroll all the way to the bottom of the
page and click on "subscribe to the forum"
-once that page is opened, scroll down until you see in blue subscribe,
unsubscribe, and you'll see the word digest in blue.
- click on the blue work digest and follow the prompts!
WA-LA - you will receive your posts in the digest form!
