Dear Toni
I had seprafilm used on me in Aug 2001. It can only be used for open
abdominal surgery. It did not work for me for very long. I had much
better results with intergel that was used on me in Germany, which is
now FDA approved & being used in the US. Now in Germany they are using
the spray gel which seems to be the best barrier so far with great
results. I will never have open abdominal surgery again for adhesions,
it is just not worth it.
