Hello Tish, I'm Michelle & I am new here, but I think I have your answer...BABY OIL!! It works like a charm. Don't be afraid to use plenty, rub a little at the stubborn spots, then wipe off with a washcloth. It also works to help remove the patch if its really sticking to you -just work it in under the edges as you peel.
