Thank you for all the info you sent on how, when, what, where and how! I appreciate the info. I would like to know, honestly, how you are doing since your last surgery? Are you pain/adhesion free or still in the boxing ring? If youre still in, do you have any plans on going back in? I would also like to know how recent your last surgery was. Just wondering.
