HI! Yes I am ok! Was pretty busy with my sons wedding, and it was lovely, except the WET weather, and it is poring again today! Storms too all day and all week too! Glad tp hear from you, I have some trouble still today I was waken up with severe cramping, but the bowels have been moving some better than they used to. It had been 5 days this time so it HURT today! Take care!
