LOL My sweet Clare,

I might be the Aussie version of Martha Syewart if this keeps up! LOL I am a throw it together on one pot kinda cook ost of the time and constantly amaze my daughters when I whip up a meal out of what they see as "nothing worth eating" in the fridge LOL I will type out a few recipes tonight and post them ok? LOL The best thing to do is let the kids habg around in the kitchen while you cook, this way they pick it up pretty quickly & before you know it....they will be cooking for you....word of warning though...expect a huge mess in the kitchen and little enthusiasm for cleaning up the mess.... so I have started cooking and cleaning as I go..... one or two of the girls are catching on & my dishwasher is working again now!!! THAT makes a HUGE difference! LOL

love & huggles (cross between a hug & a cuddle...nvented by my 9yr old Jessica) Jo ;-) http://www.bombobeach.com
