Just an update..The PCP did his part and then called Richard and told
him that
there is a flag on my membership that says "This Member Is In Need Of
Management Intervention" and the system would not allow my PCP to refer
me
anywhere..so now on to the next hurdle..im not sure what that will be
because i really dont know what that means..does anyone have any ideas?
