HELP PLEASE!!!!

Hi all, i'm new to this.
I had GBP surgery in Feb 2002, and the first month was great.
then the 2nd month hit and i was able to eat less and less, last friday
I had an upper GI to find I had adhesions on my intestine and needed to
have it stretched, so friday they did that and boy did I feel better,
until
sunday, I had no energy and couldn't get out of bed. MOnday I was
severly
dehydrated, I had a second scope tuesday morning.
They let me come home todya but my problem is i'm still severly
nasueated,
has anyone been through this, i'm having a hard time keeping ANYTHING
down even water, can someone please help?!?!?!?
