Sally, did you read about the "Clear Passages Physical Therapy" place in Florida that says they can get us out of pain? What they must be doing is getting everything to relax so it is not pulling. I can't see that it is long lasting though. Being a massage therapist I had to try lots of body work 1st thing and none of it made my pain less always more. And I was guilted for not doing what excersise they recommended. Every alternative person thinks I have adhesions because my mom died and I am greiving or something like that. Always blamming it on my feelings of looseing my mom. It was horrible. A clarivouyant said my disease was 'EMOTIONAL." WHY CAN'T IT JUST BE A DISEASE ? Anyway thats my experience. It wasn't all bad. A massage is always good! Love to ya all, Jaynie
