Hi, friends, I have a video of my last operation and if you have ever seen
one of these you will see why massage is just not enough to free up the
adhesions. They are actually growing into and around your organs. They's not
loose and free and floating aimlessly around. They have a purpose- to adhere
to something and stick and pull. So anybody that thinks you can take them
out with your hands should see an actual operation video. Then you'll know
what they look like. And there are many different kinds, long, stringy ones,
and big Grecian columns with blood vessels and tissue and nerves, etc. Love
