I have tried this procedure twice. The first time the therapist wasn't very good. I don't think she knew what she was doing. All she did was to lay her hands on my belly for about 60 seconds. The second one I tried was much more knowledgeable about it. It is basicly a sort of massage technique. She massages all the areas where you complain of pain. Then ( the painful part) she took one finger and pressed really hard and followed the line of the scars. This I could feel way deep inside. It felt like a knife on my scar, and deep inside I could feel it as a pulling, tearing type of sensation. The final outcome was that it DID NOT help my adhesion pain. But, as everyone states, what works for one is not the thing that works for all. Try it as it may help your pain.
