Hi Chrissy, Yes, she pops them in her jaw. She has an extreme case of TMJ, and I think she has had multiple operations to fix something else in her jaw, and neck. Well, anyway I found her on a pain site, and we have become good friends. She asked me the first time we spoke if I ever popped my adhesions? I said no, but tell me more.
