Hi Chrissy, I spoke with a woman in the Seattle area who has adhesions in her jaw. She actually does pop them and break them apart with her hands. She indicated this can happen after surgery , she has ha soemthing like five, and this is when she is able to pop them. I don't know if it is necessariuly good, but heck I guess anything is worth a try. Just be sure to STOP if anything really begins to hurt. I assume you know your body well like we all learn to, so if things start to feel amiss listen to your intuition, and pain. Good luck,em
