A poem (to my favorite critics LOL)

Crystal Ball

Someone once asked me if I had my life to live over what I would do differently.

I told them that was as useless as using a crystal ball to avoid a future mistake or mess.

For if I did live my life over again, better, I would not be whom I am today (sigh).

I would not look to know the future either, for without mistakes I wouldn't learn as much, for sure.

If anything, I would wish others to learn from my life's experiences: to love each other as sisters and brothers,

to wear a smile not a frown, to lend a helping hand or to pick someone up when they're down.
