I live in Wisconsin so I am not too familiar with the hospitals/doctors and where things are located. But, I want to tell you my experience. I went out to Travis AFB to visit my niece. While there I ended up being hospitalized...on base. But the doctors I had were from the U.C - Davis. These doctors were very liberal when it came to prescribing pain management. They explained that it was something that was really impressed upon them in school and that they believed that pain was behind so many different problems. Have you checked out the U.C - Davis Medical College or Center? It was the best thing that ever happened to me.
