Hi Jo I'm with you on the needles!! Escpecially ones that go close to my spine & main arteries. I believe I am going to pass on this Doc. I am looking for a center more like the one you have described going to. The Pain counselor sounds like a great idea. Sometimes I just feel so discouraged, I need to vent. This board has been great, but I think a face-to-face would be helpful too. Thanks so much for your warm welcomes & support. Beth
