Good morning all. I am so happy to tell you that I have finally found a
product that works. It is so cheap too. It is called Flax seed and can
be bought in bulk for about a dollar a pound. I just put a few
tablespoons in water to soften and then chew it. I guess you can grind
it first. This is the regular stuff, not the expensive oil. In all my
searches I have never found anything natural that works consistantly.
