I live in WA state, so PA is a long way away for me, but not impossible.
I am seriously considering travelling for pain. My family doctor is
beginning to get nervous with the meds. I believe her partners are
getting on her for it. She has been great, but all the other doctors
have been lousy. I feel crazy, I feel like a drug addict, and oh yeah,
I have this all in my head!
