Sue, I had terrible pain when sitting last year and it turned out to be an ovarian cyst that measured 5.8 centimeters on a transvaginal ultrasound. I was about to have sugary to remove it, but my radiologist said sometimes these things take care of themselves. So I requested another ultrasound a day before sugary and it was shrinking (about 4 cm). Three weeks later it was completely gone. I'm so glad I didn't rush into surgery. How long have you had the pain? Have you had an ultrasound? Love, Julie
