Hi Jayne,

Yes it is hard to cope when it comes to driving kids here there and everywhere and trying to do it all without medication.  At the moment, Shane has taken over most of the driving duties, but when I do have to do it, it is without taking pain meds.  I use my breathing execises and when I am parked & waiting for the girls, I put on a favourite music tape or visit my beach (visualisation).  As soon as I get home I take a pain pill & rest for 1/2 to an hour.  It doesn't always work, but it is better than doing nothing & just falling in a screaming heap when it is all finished.

love & hugs

Jo
