Dear Helly

Karla is doing OK, but as we all do, sometimes a break from the board is needed.  We all want so much to be there and answer everyones questions and concerns and we turn ourselves inside out and suffer the pain that follows.  Once in a while physically, emotionally & mentally we need a break, this is where Karla is at right now.  I am in contact with her on a regular basis, and never fear, she thinks of you all often, and I know when she is up to it, we will have the benefit of her wisdom and experience on the board again.  I hope you enjoyed a happy Christmas, I did... it was the best for some time.
