My mother is in the hospital on her, 20th surgery or so. After
many operations she cannot eat and has surgery once or twice a year
to remove adhesions so her intestines will work properly. I am
researching a new device that sends elec. pulses to the stomach so
food will not sit in her stomach for two days, then she will throw it
up. The doctor cut the vegas nerve stating this would help her stomach
problems. Yeah, ok... No matter what they use on her she still
develops so many adhesions. We just about lost her this time. It
is not over yet as she is now running a fever of 104 and they don't
know why. I will send this link to her. This site would be so great
for
her and the health problems she is having. I have read so many of your
posts and can relate as I have been through all of this with my mom.
