Hello I am new to this site and thought I would stop by and say hello
and wanted to see if anyone has tried myofascial release for their
adhesions and if they have did it work for them? Also have you ever
found any types of foods cause your adhesions to increase your pain? I
have really been battling the pain more these days, and has even
recently developed into my lower back which is almost unbearable at
times. I think I have tried everthing under the sun for pain relief,
and I am currently working with a neurologist for chronic pain
management. He seems to be doing some good, but I still have a long way
to go. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated thanks. Stacy
