Keep in mind that I also have fibromyalgia, migraines and 2 types of arthritis and the adhesion pain (at this time) is the least of it all (knock on wood)

Neurontin 1900 mg - 400 a.m., 300 noon, 1200 p.m. Tylenol 1200 mg 2x daily diazepam 5mg 2x daily amitriptyline 25 to 75 mg at night (try 25 mg, if not asleep 1 hour later take another 25 mg, can do one more time....then just stay up) Vicodin 1-3 daily (as needed for breakthrough)

They are all now prescribed by my internist. My pain mgmt. doctor refused to give me any more diazepam, amitriptyline or Vicodin.....he decided I was just a lazy drug seeker. >

When the arthritis strength Tyelnol and diazepam don't stop it from being around 3-4 on scale of 10. (never have anything less than 3)
