Karen,

I have had and do have adhesions on my bladder (kinda empty in there otherwise) and pain meds, heating pad and light stretching is all that helps me. Until the leaking and/or pain gets worse (yep, those light days pads have other uses LOL), that's all I am going to do. When it is light pain, I use Arthritis strength Tylenol....thne Vicodin. I am also on anti-spasmoditics, but that is for my fibromyalgia.
