Dear Jean,

Thanks for that explanation.

Although I don't seem to have had any problems getting pregnant, and I hope that it will happen again real soon, I do wonder how I can stay pregnant? I just hear my biological clicking, and I really don't want to miss out on becoming a mother, I really feel that John and I could make good parents, and we've both got so much love to give a child or children - my ideal number would be three, and I think if the going was good I'd like them all in a row, one after the other. But I don't want to have to go through miscarriage after miscarriage. John's been telling me not to get upset, as it happens often. And I also know it is no use panicking at this early stage, for it's been only since June this year, when I fell pregnant for the 2nd time, that we really became committed to the idea of having a family, so I'll put off going to the gynaecologist until June next year, if indeed there is a problem.

On a brighter note: my parents thought they could not have children, then just after their 6th wedding anniversary they discovered that they were expecting me! And they ended up having me, and my two younger sisters within 2 1/2 years! So maybe that'll happen with us, who knows.

Thanks again for your reply. It truly makes my day to get messages from all of you at IAS! I'm so glad I found you!!!

Bye for now,

Lin (the Kiwi)
