I'm drinking from my saucer.

I've never made a fortune and I think it's too late now, And I never let it worry me, because I'm happy anyhow. In life's amazing journey, I have reaped more than I've sowed. So I'm drinking from my saucer, because my cup has overflowed

I lived each day God gave me, and sometimes it was tough, But with friends, and one to love me, that made me rich enough. I always count my blessings, and the mercy that He showed, That's why I drink from saucers: My cup has overflowed.

And though I'm growing older, and life gets steep and rough, I've no need for other blessings, I've already had enough. If only we could live like this and share each others load. We would all drink from our saucers, Because our cup has over flowed.
