Sorry to hear you're not handling the pain well these days. Everyone is
different of course but I find that when I'm in pain (which is everyday) if I
stay home from work I don't feel any better. If I get myself out of bed and
keep repeating to myself, "I feel good, I feel good" I actually will. I
think if we can possibly get out and get our mind off of our pain we will
feel better. It works for me most of the time.
