I get that right sided rib pain. Actually most Fibro people I know have pain in that area. There are several things that cause it. Gallbladder,liver,IBS, and there is another condition the name has escapade me. One doctor told me it was arthritis in the ribs, but really don't think that's it. And with all the people I know, no one has yet to get an exact dx about it. But it is very common with Fibro people as I said.
And it really hurts like a bugger I feel for you.

No I haven't heard of vascular pain, but my surgeons did try to tell me that my right-sided rib pain was anything but adhesions; i.e., nerve damage, emphesema (not), gallbladder problems - anything but adhesions. I feel its just a cop-out, they missed them and they're going to try to find any excuse they can that they didn't do such a great job.
