after I had my TAH BSO because of endo and adhesions in June, my gyn thought I would be pain free. Wrong! The pain is back. Not like it was before the surgery but still bad enough that I have to be on vioxx every day and strong pain killers for the really bad episodes. She is suspecting adhesions again and send me to my family doctor for a second opinion. She 's also suspecting adhesions and scheduled me for a CT scan this coming Saturday. First she thought I had diverticulitis again, but I didn't. She also said that I need another surgery if the pain is caused by the adhesions. I really don't want another surgery. I had two in one year already. But what other options do I have? More adhesions going to form after surgery again anyway. On the other hand I don't want to take pain killers for the rest of my life. It's just a really bad circle.
