Dear Claire: My experience with nsaids for adhesion pain is that it makes my pain 10 times worse. Don't know why cause I have no ulcers or reasions that it should worsen my pain but ever since I ruptured my spleen and it is still in my body coagulated in the sac, I cannot take nsaids.
