You are so right, Helen. When I saw my new PCP and asked about oxycontin he said he doesn't prescribe "those kinds of drugs". He also gave me a referral to a new pain specialist. My app is Jan. 7. Seems like a million years away!In the meantime the old pain doc wants to do a caudal block. Any advice from anyone? Does it hurt? Has it helped anybody? Any side effects? We had very high winds with a tornado here (Michigan) and then it hit me! This was caused by the hot air coming from the Ro & Jo Show!! WOW....
