I'm sorry that you are having a bad pain day.... that's one of the frustrations of dealing with adhesions isn't it!  We get excited because we have a few days of almost pain free....we get our hopes up......and then BAM!  it hits us like a brick wall!

As for the info sheets, yes usually doctors here give out written information, but sometimes not enough...others don't give out any, and when you ask, they look at you like you have two heads!  rofl
