Unbelievable!! to Deb....

Dear Deb go for it!!! :-)

My husband & I have a small consulting business, and part of our consultancy is to bring motivational & business speakers into our area. One of my favourites is a wonderful guy, an American actually....he uses unbelievable & enthusiasm. I recognise his mail, because he always has stamped on it...open with enthusiasm!!! :-)

Having positive people around me helps me to cope too, so when you are feeling "down" because of your pain, make sure you stay away from "negative" people, they sap a lot of energy from you, and you need every ounce you have while you are dealing with pain.

You will be amazed at how easy it is to slip in "unbelievable" when people ask how you are! It's really interesting to see peoples reactions too.

Take care Deb, I'm glad you are getting some benefit from this site.

Love & warm hugs, Jo (Australia)
