Hi Bobbi,

PLEASE don't take another tablet until you have spoken to the doctor who prescribed them. Hives can be a serious and dangerous side effect of medication.

I am talking through personal experience, I am not a nurse or doctor, however my husband was taking very serious medication, he reacted to it within 2 to 3 doses, hives broke out all over his body, that was over 18 mnths & he is now sensative to certain foods, because they cause the hives to flair up.

Hives can get into your throat & block the airways. This is what we were told, so I strongly urge you to seek an immediate medical opinion.

If the doctor won't speak to you, go back to the pharmacy where you had the prescription made up, and ask the pharmicist to ring the doctor for you.

I hope you get the answers you need,

yours in friendship Jo (Australia)
