Dear all
I just wanted to let you know I am doing well at 6 weeks post op. I had
an appointment with the ob/gyn surgeon yesterday & he is pleased with my
progress. I have a very small amount of pain when I over do, but not
enough for meds. I am off all my pain meds & off the intestine meds
too. Today, we are off to our County Fair. I have been busy with
packing the RV, & cleaning & cooking. It has been awhile since I felt
this good! Our kids are showing 1 pig & 2 lambs. This time last year, I
was using a cane to get around. That was before I got on the meds to
make my intestines work. Once my intestines started working again, I
got rid of the cane, but of course, still had the adhesion pain. We
will be gone until Sunday night at the fair. I pray for all those in
pain.
