I have to agree with Helen. Please, at least get more opinions from
more doctors. In my case, the doctor also first removed my left ovary
and tube, saying that, since that was where the adhesions were, the
problem would be solved. When it WASN'T solved (still had my colon. .
. .), he said a hysterectomy would be the answer for sure. He said
that there would be nothing for the adhesions to adhere to! Guess what?
STILL had the colon, still have the problems several years later.
Hysterectomies DO NOT solve adhesion problems. Good luck. Ellen
