ICQ is a messanger service & instant chat program. When you come online, ICQ will instantly start up, and if someone on your list is also online, they will appear in an "online" list.
ICQ allows you to send instant messages, documents (including photo's), or you can create an instant, private chat room, and invite just your friends in to join the fun!
