A second-look laparoscopy will give her surgeon, Dr. Matthias Korell, a chance to check to see if any of Pam's adhesions have reformed since her surgery one week ago.
It is known that IF adhesions are going to reform, they will reform within 5-7 days after surgery.
If any adhesions have reformed at this time, they are easily "taken down" at the time of the second-look. For Pam's sake I hope and pray that none of the adhesions have reformed!!
Pam's recovery from surgery has been slow; but she is in the very competent care of Dr. Korell; and she has the support of her loving husband there to give her the encouragement, support and love that will help Pam to make a complete recovery.
Please keep Pam in your prayers; and may God watch over Pam with his protective care.
