Dear Jo. Thanks for your nice long reply. I'm really stressed because its the end of
August and I'm always a basket case by this time of the summer after being full (the
Inn) for so long. I have no idea what my body is doing. It's strange. One day I feel
terrible, the next okay. It's weird. But I'm thankful that I had a few good days, no
more mountain climbing or long walks for awhile unfortunately, at least until I can
figure out if they help or hurt. Love ya, Sally
