I was lucky, I didn't injure a bone...I just threw my
back and neck out...and since I have minor scholiosis,
I unfortunately always have back and neck pain. Lots
of chiro sessions. It's just so forceful when you're
lunged forward at a high speed impact with that
seatbelt on your tummy. It sounds completely logical
that pelvic trauma could occur this way. But, really
I'm clinging at straws since there are many factors
that can cause pelvic inflammation. I was kicked in
the stomach years ago by an abusive partner...passed
out. Could've been the cysts left untreated growing
in the ovaries that caused inflammation...could even
be years of smoking caused inflammation of the
peritonitis. One only knows, that's why I still wish
to follow-up wit GI. It still is all interesting
information to provide the doctors with if chronic
pelvic pain becomes an issue for me again. At this
point...it's not anymore...just a tightening from
navel to belly, I feel...and bowel irregularity still.
Mentally, the affect never goes away...nor does the
fears. This is my need for support. And I'm not one
to abandon people because I feel a little better. I
couldn't have done anything without the support here.
When I felt the most lonely and confused about ARD, it
was everyone here that gave me light to have
knowledge...and with that knowledge I have a litttle
hope. You are all my friends. Love, Marianne-
