Hello everybody ;-))

I know it's been awhile since I have posted. I have been busy trying to stay painfree forever. So far, so good.

I even gave up smoking.. something that I felt was just too hard when I was pain. I saw a hypnotherapist about a month later as I was still getting cravings, He actually helped me more with my emotional adhesion concerns. I had no idea the worries I held in my sub-conscious.

It is something you all may want to try if you get the chance. I even took up T'ai Chi, and am loving it. It helps me to stay stress free. This is a problem I've had for years, and the main focus of my Endometriosis regrowth, according to my specialists.

So, this is the longest I have ever had without pain, and it's pretty liberating. I'm doing things I never even dreamed of. I'm sorry to those people I haven't responded to yet, you know who you are... Just trying to get used to my new life. I think I finally feel comfortable in my new skin.

I hope every single one of you, get to feel this way. Don't give up hope. Five months I have been pain free, is worth every second.

Please still feel free to contact me on my private email,waycool@cqnet.com.au as I don't get the chance to come to the site often.. I will try to be quicker in my replies ;-))

I do miss all of you, and I hope you are all staying strong.

Love Always Trace xo
