Yes, it does help. If it's herbal...does that mean
there are no chances of laxative dependency? A new
fear I have and yet trying to find a safe product for
regular use(I've been using a stool softener). And
when you say loose stool...is that what I sound like
in this description...
where you go and it's easy to come out and sort of
comes out all day...a little here...a little
there...you eat, you gotta go...but they're small and
soft. I didn't know how to describe the problem to my
doctor and was a little ambarrassed to only be able to
come up with Mushy throughout the day...No...I'm not
joking...I've been healthy all my life so I have a
very hard time describing or titling these
symptoms...other than literalness...which can come off
to drs. as naivety...then they don't take me
seriously.Don't you get up early...shouldn't you be
