Millie-- I have to laugh at that...I ate a hot
dog....I'll never eat one again...I topped it off with
a 1/2 mile walk with my hubby and dog...I ended up
with such a friggin'stomach ache...but, I'll stay with
the walks...they're supposed to do good...my nightcap
was some time in the latreen...this is a good thing
right? That stool softener I took last night just
