Be A Happy Thinker

Negative thoughts are not our master. If we can think ourselves sad, then we can think ourselves happy. Here are some positive tips to help you become a " happy thinker."

1.) Stop the negative thought process. When you catch yourself with " stinking thinking," deliberately stop the process and turn to something positive. Be stubborn in your resistance.

2.) Count your many blessings. Be grateful for what you have and be content.

3.) Make an extra effort to be friendly.

4.) Forgive. It makes a healthy mind and body.

5.) Be optimistic. Optimism looks upon difficulties as challenges.

6.) Be like the eagle. He rides above the storm.

7.) Pray. It's the best antidote to stress.

When everything seems to have gone wrong, you still have the choice of your attitude. Think yourself happy.

It's a choice!
