Aren't those bowel preps awful???!!! I just did one this weekend to get a ct scan (never had to do a bowel prep for a ct before). They made sure that the Fleet's was ice cold...and I do mean ice cold. I just gulped it all down as much as I could in the first gulp....before I could taste it. Then I stopped....waited until I was thirsty again and took another huge gulp. Basically I got it down in 2-3 gulps. In between gulps I just tried to occupy my thoughts with other things. Because it was so cold it went down real easily....and the big drinks made that much less to swallow. Hope this helps.
