Dear Tinky,

Correctol has it's time and place...whatever it takes for the initial clean out.

The Smooth Move is excellent, because you can play around with the dose some, discover if one cup with i tea bag will work, or if you need to use the sanme with a couple more cups of hot water. If you overdue, you will know it, you will have extremely painful cramping, then you will know...hmmmmmmm...maybe a little less next time! Once you figure out your magic #, it will prove the best thing to regulate you in the most natural way.

BTW, you can buy senna tablets at the vitamin store...just another option...sometimes I flip flop betwwen the Smooth Move and Senna tabs.

Much love,

Janet
